Stimulus Funding Information
The following website provides UC Davis faculty and staff with important links and current information on the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA)—also known as the Stimulus Package or Recovery Act.
ARRA: What is it?
On February 17th, 2009 President Obama signed the American Recovery and
Reinvestment Act (ARRA) or Stimulus Package to restart the economy. The package
contains extensive funding for science, engineering research and infrastructure,
and more limited funding for education, social sciences and the arts. Read the full bill. What can we do right now ?Contact your Program Officer
Contact your Program Officer at all agencies if you have research that would fall under ARRA criteria; much of this funding will be distributed quickly. You may request
supplements, if appropriate, for existing awards from NIH. Currently NSF is not
offering supplements. We anticipate that small, less than $100,000 supplements,
from NIH will be non-competitive. One reminder, progress and final reports
must be current. Search for funding opportunities related to ARRAGrants.gov ARRA Opportunities UC Davis Limited Submissions
